NFTs present a new and interesting challenge for the legal system. Should they fall under the same regulations as traditional artworks? How do we create legal contracts when both parties may be anonymous? How do we tax sales made in cryptocurrencies? And how do we enforce any laws that we do put in place? In this panel, we’ll be examining these issues, alongside many others, to gain an insight into the IP landscape around NFTs.
